About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Premium and Credit Account Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and premium management services to our Workers Compensation clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process renewals and annual adjustments to premium to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Identify and report risks that may impact the business, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Understand and comply with legislative requirements, including the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and Premiums Order.
- Analyze and forecast client premium projections to inform business decisions.
- Provide premium-related support to clients via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Maintain accurate records of employer information, workplace details, and premium calculations.
- Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Proactively manage debtor positions to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attend training courses to update technical knowledge and personal development.
- Investigate and pursue legal recovery actions as required.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of general business and administrative practices.
- PC literacy, including database and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Industry-specific qualifications highly regarded.
- Coaching and mentoring skills highly regarded.
