About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Premium and Credit Account Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and premium management services to our Workers Compensation clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process renewals and annual adjustments to premium to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Identify and report risks that may impact the business, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Understand and comply with legislative requirements, including the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and Premiums Order.
  • Analyze and forecast client premium projections to inform business decisions.
  • Provide premium-related support to clients via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of employer information, workplace details, and premium calculations.
  • Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Proactively manage debtor positions to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend training courses to update technical knowledge and personal development.
  • Investigate and pursue legal recovery actions as required.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general business and administrative practices.
  • PC literacy, including database and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Industry-specific qualifications highly regarded.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills highly regarded.
