About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premium Account Executive to join our team at IG Group. As a key member of our Premium department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-value clients, managing client exposure, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of clients, identifying and introducing commercial opportunities to maximize the value of these accounts.
  • Source new business for IG through a successful client relationship journey.
  • Execute client trades and hedging of client trades through various channels.
  • Organize and attend client events, developing creative ways to engage and build relationships with clients across Australia.
  • Provide additional desk support to the Premium team and assist with inbound client queries.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of communications, meetings, and business agreements with clients.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing/relationship management role, with a proven track record of delivering high-value service and driving new business.
  • Experience executing client trades in a fast-paced environment, with a working knowledge of the Australian CFD and leveraged product industry.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and communicate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency with client CRM software systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of trading platforms across the Australian leverage trading market.
