About the Role
  • Manage client matters across all areas of family law with autonomy and accountability
  • Draft and settle court documents, correspondence, agreements, and legal advice
  • Represent clients in negotiation, mediation, and court settings
  • Collaborate with legal, admin, and client services teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Undergraduate Degree of Law (LLB) or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years' post-admission experience in law
  • Current practising certificate and knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail across court documents, correspondence, and legal advice
