About the Role

This Senior Leadership position will be responsible for setting the overall direction, ensuring all departments are aligned with AWX goals, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the business. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market position, improve stakeholder satisfaction, and drive profitability. Your role will involve managing team and branch budgets, optimising resources, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage forecasts to ensure GP Targets and results are achieved.
  • Ensure that relevant information and reports are provided to the appropriate internal team members.
  • Work with the CEO to plan business activities to meet budget expectations and current staff performance.
  • Prepare and implement annual business plans.
  • Manage business objectives and branch KPI's.
  • Oversee Debtor Management.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  • Generate revenue from new business in line with set budget.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy plan.
  • Coach, develop and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Identify and monitor staff training and development needs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed and achieve maximum productivity.
  • Manage succession planning of staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment including conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Lead the promotion of safety culture in accordance with AWX's Safety Standards by ensuring that work activities and advice adheres to all obligations under AWX's Environment Policy, the Environmental Protection Act, Safety and Health Policy, other relevant environmental legislation and the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

  • In-depth recruitment agency knowledge including management of various stakeholder relationships, business development, and candidate sourcing.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
