The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Labor Solutions to join our team. As General Manager, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction of the business, ensuring all departments are aligned with AWX goals, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage forecasts to ensure GP Targets and results are achieved.
  • Ensure relevant information and reports are provided to the appropriate internal team members.
  • Plan business activities with the CEO to meet budget expectations and current staff performance.
  • Prepare and implement annual business plans.
  • Manage business objectives and branch KPI's.
  • Oversee Debtor Management.
  • Identify and engage with potential and current clients in the industry, building long-lasting relationships by delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Generate revenue from new business in line with set budget.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy plan.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Identify and monitor staff training and development needs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed and achieve maximum productivity.
  • Manage succession planning of staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, including conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Lead the promotion of safety culture in accordance with AWX's Safety Standards.

  • In-depth recruitment agency knowledge, including management of various stakeholder relationships, business development, and candidate sourcing.
