SkyCity Adelaide is seeking an experienced Manager Risk & Compliance to join our Risk team for a key role in risk management. Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance, this position will support the implementation and maintenance of the Risk function at SkyCity Adelaide, focusing on transformation programs.

About the Opportunity

This role ensures risk management activities are executed effectively, supports adherence to risk management frameworks, and assists with risk reporting to key stakeholders. The Manager Risk & Compliance will work closely with Senior Leadership and Transformation teams to embed a risk culture that creates and protects value for SkyCity Adelaide.

About You

You will be a passionate and experienced risk professional with a degree and/or business relevant experience in accounting, commerce or business. Your strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and principles will enable you to provide advisory services to Boards and Senior Management on risk governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Risk function at SkyCity Adelaide.
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Leadership and Transformation teams to embed a risk culture.
  • Ensure risk management activities are executed effectively.
  • Assist with risk reporting to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree and/or business relevant experience in accounting, commerce or business.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and principles.
  • Experience in risk management and reporting within a large corporate environment.
