Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing risk management across the business, ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting strategic growth and operational excellence.

This role involves enterprise-wide risk governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of risk processes, tools, and training. You will provide risk governance support in alignment with AS31000 standards, develop and maintain metrics and reports on risk governance, and ensure high-quality risk management products and services meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in risk management governance at both the project and business level within the Australian Defence sector, aligned with AS31000 and ASDEFCON standards. You will also possess strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, with proven ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
