We are seeking a highly skilled Student Success Advisor to join our team in Student Engagement and Success. This role is responsible for delivering front-facing student support across the coursework student lifecycle, from onboarding to graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cohort/discipline-specific support and engagement
  • Degree pathway advice
  • On-boarding
  • Program/course advice
  • Student counselling and consultation
  • Retention/engagement activities
  • Graduation completions

This role requires a high level of experience in providing front-facing student advice in a tertiary education environment, including the interpretation, application, and customization of complex rules, policy, and procedures.

Requirements
  • Proven record of contributing to high-performance teams
  • A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in interpreting and applying complex rules and policies
  • Ability to work collaboratively to deliver student-centric results
  • High-level administrative experience with strong organizational and time management skills
