Are you looking for a challenging role in the telecommunications industry?

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing direct labour and sub-contractors in a healthy and safe work environment. This will involve continuously overseeing work, analysing production methods and performance, monitoring performance and re-assessing efficiency and quality.

This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to build and maintain productive internal and external relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all staff and contractors are appropriately trained and inducted into our Safety, Health and Environmental standards.

We are seeking someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who can assess activities, ensure a balance between cost and production, and continuously seek methods to improve and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all staff and contractors are trained and inducted
  • Analyse production methods and performance
  • Monitor performance and re-assess efficiency and quality
  • Buildd and maintain productive internal and external relationships

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in similar position within the telecommunications industry
  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • Able to read and understand construction plans
  • Understanding of Optical Fibre Networks
  • Ability to travel and work on a roster when required
