  • Lead a dedicated team to ensure safe and reliable well operations, managing assets in accordance with relevant legislation, procedures, and schedules.
  • Empower your team to find better ways of doing things, maintaining their engagement, competence, and motivation.

This role involves managing personal and process safety, production, and costs for the field, as well as maintaining field efficiency and meeting current and near-term production targets by maintaining well availability and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing contracts and ensuring they remain current, and all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and governed as agreed.
  • Maintaining assets to guarantee production in years to come.
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of the role gained through extensive experience in upstream oil & gas production or related chemical / refining industries.
  • High-level communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Developed people leadership skills, experience leading senior field-based management and supervisory teams.
