Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our field service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Communicate business objectives and drive accountability through routine checks and performance tracking.
  • Safety Behaviour: Demonstrate safe behaviours and develop toolbox talks to promote safety compliance.
  • Customer Service: Manage outstanding calls and implement countermeasures to minimize call times.
  • Planning: Manage rosters to ensure technicians are available to service equipment in accordance with business needs.
  • Financial Management: Manage cost centre budgets and implement countermeasures to meet or exceed budget requirements.
