Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate day-to-day operations of the project team ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
  • Regularly communicate with management and field technicians to ensure everyone is on track.
  • Maintain a safe working culture and environment for all employees.
  • Liaise with clients regarding project installations and schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in planning and implementing fire system works.
  • IDentify material resources required to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage stock levels and minimize equipment delays.
  • Develop business opportunities.
  • Ensure technicians understand work instructions and safety notices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supervising staff is essential.
  • Practical experience and/or trade qualification in mobile, mechanical, and/or electrical fire systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of working drawings and CAD software.
  • A Certificate II in Asset Maintenance (Fire Protection Systems) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience working in mining is advantageous.
