Job Title: Market Growth Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Market Growth Specialist to drive business expansion within the Education and Government sectors. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and aligning our outreach efforts with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue qualified opportunities within Higher Education and Government sectors, leveraging strong relationships and in-depth knowledge of sector-specific challenges and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, working closely with assigned Account Executives to develop targeted strategies and approaches.
- Foster relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Directors, CIOs, and Procurement Officers, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on fiscal year planning and budget cycles to ensure effective alignment of our outreach efforts.
- Develop expertise in education GRC technology requirements and government compliance standards to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales development or related experience.
- Background in selling to education or government sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and RFP/RFQ processes is essential.
