We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the FMCG industry and be passionate about driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • NPD: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, ensuring timely and effective execution of NPD strategies.
  • Category Management: Leverage data insights from Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to inform key strategic decisions, including promotional strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Promax Mastery: Lead the charge by ensuring accurate and timely entry of promotional plans into Promax, maintaining smooth communication across teams, and resolving P&L reporting issues at both the account and brand levels.
Requirements:
  1. Trade marketing experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  2. A degree in a relevant field is required.
  3. At least 5 years of proven experience in the FMCG space, preferably with expertise in Food and Beverage.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  5. Sharp analytical skills and the ability to dive into data to uncover insights are critical.
  6. Experience in category or key account management in Australian grocery markets is highly regarded.
  7. Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium is mandatory.
