This position plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition and product adoption through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that exceed growth targets while maximizing marketing efficiency.
You'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition, lead generation, and product growth campaigns across various digital channels, including paid social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and product adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyse campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing mix.
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech business.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and exceeding growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with complex multi-touch attribution models.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
