Job Title: Marketing SpecialistDetailed Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, gathering information on market size, consumer needs, competitors, and industry trends. They will also analyze and interpret the collected data, identify market opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations for the company's marketing strategies.

In addition to market research, the candidate will be responsible for formulating promotion strategies, including advertising, sales promotion, public relations, social media marketing, and other tactics to increase product or service popularity and reputation. They will also execute these activities and measure their effectiveness.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the sales team to provide them with support such as merchandise information, media resources, and customer events. This will help reinforce relationships with customers and aid in completing sales tasks.

The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities, setting indicators, and regularly analyzing and summarizing experiences and lessons learned. Based on evaluation results, the specialist will adjust and optimize marketing strategies and plans to improve their effectiveness and return on investment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and above
  • Experience: 2 years of marketing experience; experience working in Australia or with Australian customers is highly desirable
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills
  • Rich knowledge in online and offline marketing strategies, including social media, precise targeting, and private domain traffic management
  • Good data analysis, market research, and brand building skills are required
