Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various events, conferences, and café sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setup and pack down event spaces according to client specifications to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic service areas, including general cleaning duties, to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist customers with dietary requirements and menu inquiries to provide personalized support and enhance their overall experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Holding a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is mandatory for this role.
  • A current Food Handling Certificate is also a requirement.
  • Prior experience in café, restaurant, or function centre roles is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

This is a varied casual roster position, which may include evenings and weekends, offering opportunities to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
