Job Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to provide exceptional service at events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a warm welcome and farewell for all guests attending functions or meetings.
- Set up event spaces with attention to safe manual handling practices.
- Deliver personalized service to large groups of people.
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a positive first impression at all times.
- Work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
Requirements:
- Previous food and beverage experience is desirable but not essential.
- A strong attitude towards customer service is necessary.
- Must hold an unrestricted working Visa for Australia (no student visas).
- Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate for Victoria.
- Must have sufficient physical stamina to lift moderate weights.
- Ability to set up and dismantle event spaces, requiring moderate lifting.
