Job Description

As a Lawyer/Associate (Road & Work Injuries), you will be part of a team dedicated to extending justice to all who require it. Your key responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional client experience, supporting our clients in achieving favorable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess sound legal technical skills and have experience managing their own workload. They should demonstrate strong decision-making and analytical abilities.

  • Meeting with clients to take instructions
  • Review and analysis of records
  • Drafting written communications to clients
  • Briefing medical experts and allied health professionals
  • Drafting court documents
  • Attending court hearings
  • Briefing and liaising with barristers

Key qualifications include 2-5 years post-admission experience, experience working within a personal injuries environment, and ideally a background in Work Cover / Work Injury matters.
