An exciting opportunity to join Country Road as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. Located in Myer Bankstown, NSW, this role offers a competitive remuneration package of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional store experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing available data and reports to inform business decisions and drive customer insights.
  • Cultivating a customer-led culture by coaching and providing regular feedback to the team.
  • Ensuring store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Attracting, engaging, and retaining talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of the store and the Group.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and promoting wellbeing among team members and customers.
  • Developing and maintaining the store roster, ensuring compliance and balancing customer and team needs.
  • Communicating brand and business strategy to the team and driving their involvement in delivering it.
Required Skills and Qualifications
