We are seeking a talented and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Concession Retail Leader - Politix.

As a Concession Retail Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional store experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management, loss prevention activities, and customer service.
  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve sales targets, improve product knowledge, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters to optimize store performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Role model CRG values to create a positive and inclusive team culture.
