Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced professional is sought to join our team in a Client Solutions Manager role. This key position will focus on the Building Management System (BMS) / Controls projects, driving sales growth through install base initiatives that result in Labour & Materials opportunities for the VIC service business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing short and long-range sales plans, preparing sales strategies and submissions to reach nominated targets for the VIC BMS Service Business. This includes working with the service department to proactively identify existing install base BMS initiatives sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years' experience in the Controls industry, with proven sales ability including year-on-year growth. They will possess excellent leadership, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and understand customer needs and priorities.
