Job Title: Solutions Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Solutions Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Your primary objective will be to serve as the primary contact for assigned client relationships, providing exceptional service through proactive engagement. This includes leading training sessions with partners and clients at our offices and on client sites.

You will also participate in management meetings, presentations, and sales demonstrations as needed. Additionally, you will manage the release of new products and system updates, providing feedback to our product teams.

Analyze technology or reporting gaps for clients, initiate projects, and monitor implementation to ensure client satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients, change management, and development teams.

Conduct user acceptance testing for custom reports and applications. Stay informed about our products, technology, and services to meet client needs.

Develop expertise in the family office technology landscape and related systems. Travel occasionally to visit clients or prospects, sometimes on short notice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the securities industry, gained in custody, fund accounting, wealth, or investment management environments.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive work ethic, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • Organizational, analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in problem solving within systems environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Alteryx is a plus.
  • Ability to think clearly and execute with limited information.
  • College or university degree and relevant work experience; industry qualifications preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in master trust, custody, digital products, or client servicing.
