The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and client control skills, as well as the ability to generate leads and create content for social media management. Excellent communication and time management skills are also essential. A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning how to use our key technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Mercury.
  • Developing commercial awareness of the market and actively generating new business through client outreach.
  • Working alongside senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies.
  • Administration tasks, including prepping resumes and submitting candidates for vacancies.
  • Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels.
  • Developing your skills and understanding to become a 360° recruitment consultant.
