About the Role

This position is crucial in shaping a program that invests in and supports consultant development, ensuring operational excellence.

  • The ideal candidate will guide consultants, empowering them to develop capabilities while aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • They will work closely with consultants to understand their career aspirations and business needs, offering guidance on training opportunities and facilitating growth.

A key aspect of this role is fostering a positive and productive work environment, providing proactive 1-on-1 counsel to consultants. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and excel at setting up meetings, tracking goals, and managing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop frameworks, processes, and guides for the Customer Success team.
  2. Lead the creation and execution of the Career Management program.
  3. Serve as a trusted resource for consultants, guiding their learning and development journey.
  4. Career Manager will drive these processes through high-frequency consultant interaction and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders.

Additionally, they should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Experience in talent development and career management is highly desirable, but not essential. What's more important is a passion for empowering consultants to reach their full potential.
