Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a skilled recruitment consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to clients across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and finding top talent. You will have the ability to make a real impact on our clients' success and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for providing recruitment consulting services to ensure the successful placement of temporary and permanent staff.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates and build professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare job advertisements that showcase our clients' best qualities and screen/interview candidates to find the perfect fit.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong interest in developing a career in sales/account management.
  • Industry experience in the scientific, engineering, or medical industries (tertiary qualifications highly regarded).
  • Previous scientific/technical recruitment experience and great presentation/communication skills.
  • A high level of motivation and enthusiasm, as well as advanced computer literacy with MS applications.
