
Career Development Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement a comprehensive career management framework for our consultants. This will involve developing strategic plans to guide their professional growth, skill development, and career progression.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for talent development to join our team as a Career Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the careers of our consultants and contribute to the success of our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. You will also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling. Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a career management framework that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs to support consultant development and career progression.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to consultants to help them achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the career management framework and make recommendations for improvement.
