Professional Career Guide Role

We are seeking a professional to shape and develop the careers of consultants within our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be able to proactively guide and empower consultants to develop their capabilities, while ensuring operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on consultants' careers by developing frameworks, processes, and guides that align talent strategies with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will lead the creation and execution of career management programs, supporting consultants in their professional growth, skill development, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create frameworks, processes, and guides to establish the role within the Customer Success team.
  • Develop and execute career management programs to support consultants' professional growth and skill development.
  • Provide guidance and facilitate career growth, performance management, and proactive feedback for consultants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organization Development.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide 1-on-1 counsel to consultants.
  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to set up meetings, track goals, and manage processes.
