Responsibilities:

  • Support participants in exploring topics such as budgeting, sustainable living, health choices, relationships, and personal growth.
  • Provide guidance on practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, yard maintenance, and resume writing.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel valued, empowered, and connected to their community.
  • Utilize creative and interactive approaches to facilitate self-discovery and personal growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services or Disability, or relevant experience.
  • Experience facilitating group activities and projects in a community setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for personal development, mindfulness, and empowering others to reach their full potential.
  • Flexibility, patience, and resilience in supporting participants through challenges and setbacks.
  • Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment.

Clearances/Checks:
