We're seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our Brisbane team.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and deliver exceptional value to clients.
You'll lead efforts to grow major account relationships, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative sales approaches.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to grow major account relationships.
- Drive revenue through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales approaches.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or sales.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and endure relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities; able to use data to inform strategy and decisions.
- Demonstrated experience managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and growth strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing innovative sales strategies.
