We're looking for an empathetic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing personalized care and support to clients living in their own homes.

As a Personal Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care to your clients, promoting their independence and overall well-being. This includes assisting with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as supporting with community-based recreational and social activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a warm and caring demeanor, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification. Additionally, you'll need to have a current Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle that meets the requirements of the position. Experience with technology, including smartphones and laptops, is also essential.
