We are seeking a passionate leader to fill the role of Food and Beverage Operations Manager at our resort located in Victoria, Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service delivery to all customers by upholding our high standards. You will also oversee team members in all aspects of daily operations, manage workforce productivity, and provide necessary assistance.

Our resort boasts stylish accommodation rooms, a restaurant, bar, and function space catering to weddings and special events. With an 18-hole mini golf course, tennis and basketball court, volleyball, BBQ facilities, and a ski shop, it is the perfect year-round destination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining exceptional service delivery to all customers
  • Oversighting team members in all aspects of daily operations
  • Managing workforce productivity and providing necessary assistance
  • Establishing and maintaining approved operational sequences and standards
  • Controlling beverage costs, waste management, and stock management

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage
  • Ability to lead a team and implement new ideas and concepts
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Proven experience in building a positive team culture
  • Experience in cost management is advantageous
