About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise in insurance broking and business development will enable you to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.

You will be an ambassador for our brand, representing us at industry events and networking groups. Your ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders will be critical in driving revenue growth and expanding our portfolio.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can think strategically and execute tactically. If you have a passion for business development and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationship-building
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Represent our brand at industry events and networking groups to build awareness and generate leads

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in insurance broking and/or business development
  • Proven track record of generating and securing new business
  • Diploma or Tier 1 qualification
  • Outgoing, confident, and extroverted – you enjoy meeting people and building relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards ambitious sales goals
