Job Title: Account Receivable Manager

The role of an Account Receivable Manager is to oversee the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers. This involves managing collections, account reconciliation, and direct client contact.

  • Manage accounts receivable functions including collections and account reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment from customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving cash flow and reducing bad debt.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Apxium and MYOB PM is essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar credit control or account management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
