Job Description

Manage accounts receivable processes, take full ownership of the ledger and ensure payment from customers. Responsible for collections, account reconciliation and direct client communication.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, taking full ownership of your ledger and ensuring payment from customers. You will be responsible for collections, account reconciliation and will deal directly with our clients to conduct collection calls and follow-ups, reconcile accounts and allocate payments, collaborate with our internal partners, managers and teams to resolve issues and queries and perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar credit control position. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Familiar with Apxium and MYOB PM. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication both verbal and written.
