Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our partnerships and ensure seamless customer success. As a Success Oriented Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth and expand our ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, tech vendors, and integration buddies.
- Identify and shape new partnership opportunities that align with our growth roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to bring integrations to life.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to launch creative joint go-to-market activities.
- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A solid understanding of SaaS ecosystems, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in partnerships, customer success, or business development at a SaaS/tech company.
