The RoleOur ideal candidate is a Partnership and Customer Success professional who thrives at the intersection of people, partnerships, and product.
This role combines elements of partnerships, customer success, and impact, with a focus on creating lasting relationships and driving business growth.
Partnerships- We're seeking someone who can build strong relationships with channel partners, tech vendors, and integration buddies.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with our strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bring integrations to market.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-marketing initiatives and events.
- Be the trusted advisor for customers, providing insights, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Help customers achieve their goals by mapping out their objectives and showcasing how our platform can help.
- Collect and interpret customer feedback to inform product development and partnership strategy.
Experience in renewable energy, solar, or design software is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM and customer success tools. A strong network in SaaS or clean tech would be beneficial.
