Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Centre Operator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, customer service, and system monitoring to ensure the smooth operation of our services across NSW.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze anomalies and take corrective actions to resolve technical issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Configuration and Maintenance: Perform configurations and changes to machines remotely online, and coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs.

  • Technical Skills: Competent with technology and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Time Management: Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
