Job Title:

Capital Works Delivery Lead

  • A seasoned project management professional is sought to oversee the effective delivery of Minor Works (capital works projects) in accordance with contractual timelines.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring assigned projects are managed in accordance with contractual requirements.

About This Role:

This key position offers a broad scope for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of capital works projects, encompassing planning, costing, coordination, completion, and documentation.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field, along with relevant technical expertise in facility management, building maintenance, mechanical, or electrical engineering.

Key responsibilities include managing staff and subcontractors to achieve optimal performance, planning and scheduling project work, identifying and mitigating risks, and capturing information associated with additions or alterations to facilities.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field;
  • Relevant technical expertise in facility management, building maintenance, mechanical, or electrical engineering;
  • Strong understanding of processes associated with project management and control;
  • Experience delivering service-based contracts and developing, monitoring, and evaluating subcontractor performance.
