Insurance Claims Specialist

The Claims Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives related to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims. Key responsibilities include providing support to allocating assessors, assisting with reports, reviewing claims to ensure invoicing requirements are met, updating accounts as necessary, and answering inquiries.
Key Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment is required.
* Insurance/claims experience is highly regarded.
* Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
