Job Title: Innovative Maintenance Coordinator

The role of an Innovative Maintenance Coordinator is pivotal in overseeing and directing the maintenance activities associated with all supporting infrastructure and ancillary equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance costs, planning, and executing activities to minimize expenditure.

  • Maintain Infrastructure Cost Efficiency
  • Plan and Capture Costs in SAP
  • Assist in Compiling Annual Maintenance Budgets
  • Monitor and Consult on Maintenance Spend
  • Execute Activities to Minimize Cost Outlay
  • Obtain Optimal Pricing for Parts and Services
  • Coordinate Work of Employees and Subcontractors
  • Contribute to Development of Work Methods and Programs
  • Ensure Compliance with Filing and Document Control Systems
  • Maintain Records of Site Work, Testing, Auditing, Training, Production, Safety, etc.
  • Administrate CMMS System SAP According to Sedgman Guidelines

For this role, a high level of computer literacy, including sound knowledge of SAP or similar CMMS systems and Microsoft Office suite of computer programs, is essential. Previous experience directly supervising teams operating and maintaining CHPPs will be highly desirable. Requirements include an Electrical or Mechanical trade certificate, with significant experience working in the Coal industry.
