Who do we need?

Are you a semi-retired handyman, electrician, or tradesperson who still enjoys being involved in the trade but is ready to put down the tools?

We're looking for a reliable, experienced individual to step into a Maintenance Coordinator role across our dealership sites in Chatswood, Artarmon and Ryde. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage people, spot issues before they become problems, and keep things running smoothly – without needing to do the physical work themselves.

You must hold acurrent NSW driver's license.

What's in it for you?
  • Fully maintained company vehicle (Hilux)
  • Fuel card + phone reimbursement
  • A stable and flexible role where your experience is valued
  • Work across well-maintained sites with a supportive team
  • A chance to stay active and involved in the industry – without being on the tools all day
  • Company vehicle provided for site visits (valid NSW driver's license required)
What will you be doing?

In this role you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Oversee the general maintenance, presentation, and functionality of our dealership sites (Chatswood, Artarmon, and Ryde)
  • Manage and coordinate trades and service contractors (gardeners, waste, security, cleaners, etc.)
  • Schedule and supervise external contractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure all contractors are inducted and follow safety procedures (Howsafe system)
  • Monitor building systems such as stormwater tanks, air conditioning, and pressure washers
  • Conduct regular inspections to pre-empt maintenance issues before they arise
  • Oversee minor repairs or upgrades and ensure work is carried out to a high standard
  • Support the implementation of WHS practices and represent the maintenance side in safety meetings
  • Help coordinate site projects as needed and support senior management with ad hoc tasks
What You Need:
  • Experience in trades, facilities, or property maintenance (hands-on or supervisory)
  • Comfortable managing contractors and following up on site work
  • A practical mindset – you know what needs doing and how to get it done
  • NSW Driver's License (essential)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of WHS requirements

Joining the Chatswood Toyota family means that you will benefit from a wide range of exciting benefits and perks including:

  • Birthday leave
