
Strategic Customer Advocate

As a Strategic Customer Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers by driving satisfaction throughout their journey with us.
This involves orchestrating engagement, managing delivery, and fostering long-term relationships to maximize value from our products and services. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to our sales and delivery mission.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Demonstrating passion for the job and leading by example to achieve the sales and delivery mission.
- Collaborating closely with the sales counterpart to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for new services and articulating the business value through upselling or extending existing offerings.
- Meeting or exceeding targets for Professional Services and Training bookings and revenue.
- Articulating relevant customer success stories, services offerings, and metrics to demonstrate value to the customer.
- Consulting with clients to understand and analyze engagement scope, requirements, time, cost, and benefits.
- Resolving delivery challenges, addressing resource contentions, scoping issues, and managing expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Domain expertise in Data and AI with experience working with customers to realize business value.
- Proven experience in senior customer-facing roles requiring influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding, and execution.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives and other stakeholders both internally and externally.
- A consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions.
- Strong leadership experience, good project governance, and delivery excellence.
- Service delivery and program management skills with the ability to synthesize customer success outcomes into well-structured program plans.
- Proven experience in estimating effort and scope for services.
- Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills.
