Job Opportunity:

Customer Service Advocate

Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advocate. This position involves providing support to local services, teams, and management in key processes and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist managers and local teams in responding to and managing customer inquiries.
  • Develop new customer service agreements for all our services.
  • Support customers with reviews and the development of renewed and amended agreements.
  • Be aware of and sensitive to the needs of customers from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage people with confidence and respect.
  • Problem-solving skills, remaining calm under pressure and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood or allied health and possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
