Pipeline Architect for B2B SaaS Growth
About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned demand generation leader to spearhead our pipeline engine strategy. As a true builder, you'll report directly to the CEO and have full trust, budget, and autonomy to design and execute growth strategies.
Your impact will be:
- Architecting our lead generation strategy from scratch to create a predictable flow of high-quality leads.
- Transforming our HubSpot instance into a finely-tuned machine for nurturing leads, automating communication, and creating deals.
- Launching and scaling data-driven campaigns across channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Taking responsibility for the entire marketing funnel, tracking and reporting on key metrics: lead volume, conversion rates, and marketing-generated pipeline value.
- A clear, demonstrable history of building pipelines for B2B SaaS companies.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, leveraging its full power to automate processes and generate business.
- Hands-on experience and strong understanding of generating leads in competitive markets.
- A strategic thinker with execution skills, thriving on building something new.
- Fluent English communication skills and experience collaborating with remote teams.
