A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to manage a $30 million commercial/ heritage construction project in Sydney CBD.
Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial and government projects from $5 million to $50 million; managing a complex $30 million commercial/heritage construction project; $240k to $260k package; immediate start; long term permanent opportunity; Northern Sydney office based; opportunity to work for an established builder with a strong work pipeline for 2026.
About the CompanyAn established Tier 2 Builder with a turnover to $200 million. Reporting to a Construction Manager, the role will manage a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet. Focus on commercial, education and aged care construction projects in the $5–$50 million range. Established client base with a full order book for 2025/2026. 35 years trading history. Northern Sydney based.
Responsibilities- Manage a complex $30 million commercial/heritage construction project in Sydney CBD.
- Work within a Tier 2 Builder on commercial and government projects from $5 million to $50 million.
- Lead and coordinate project teams including Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet; report to Construction Manager.
- Contribute to project delivery across commercial, education and aged care sectors.
- A Construction Management Degree or similar.
- Previous project management experience with a Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney.
- Commercial construction experience on projects over $15 million is highly desirable.
- MS Project experience; Procore knowledge.
- A steady career history and proven construction management background.
- Ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary project teams.
