Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Executives and General Manager to assist with campaign planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on destination and product information.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met through effective time management and prioritization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Product Development team for consistent alignment of promotional activity.
  • Support Marketing Executives and General Manager to achieve seamless campaign execution and activities.
  • Communicate key information across the organization in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and develop marketing assets, collateral, and other marketing materials.
  • Partner with the marketing services team and suppliers to deliver successful marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of the travel or related industry.
  • Understanding of marketing distribution channels and processes.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive approach with a hands-on attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships within a marketing environment.
  • Empathetic and results-driven individual.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
