Work with us to deliver operational excellence and safety in our Sydney contract. This is a permanent full-time role with an onsite presence.We're seeking a detail-oriented Compliance, Quality & Safety Administrator who will review high-risk permit to work applications, onboard contractors, maintain registers, assist with compliance documentation, and support toolbox talks.About the role:
  • This is a key position that requires strong attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • You'll work closely with our team to deliver results that impact our clients' assets critical to local communities.

Some key aspects of this role include:

  • High-risk permit to work applications: Reviewing and managing these applications to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Contractor management: Onboarding and maintaining contractor records to ensure they meet our requirements.
  • Compliance documentation: Assisting with the creation and maintenance of compliance documents.
  • Toolbox talks: Supporting our team's training and awareness programs.

We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Work Health & Safety and prior admin experience in maintenance or facilities management. If you have strong analytical skills, are comfortable with technology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
