Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to drive customer engagement and growth in the market. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and prospecting to new customers across Australia.

This is a hunter client-facing role that requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with internal teams to develop target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships at the C and VP levels of defined target named accounts
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on return-on-investment cost/benefit analysis
  • Execute against the major steps of the sales process, including finding new business opportunities, qualifying new opportunities, and closing new business
  • Sell against annual revenue targets for software licenses
Requirements
  • Experience building mid-level and executive level relationships within the marketing (CMO) and IT (CTO/CIO) fields
  • Ability to collaborate with internal ecosystems, including Solution Consulting and Professional Services
  • A proven track record of operational excellence, including accurate forecasting and pipelining in CRM
  • Strong understanding and experience in running long-term sales cycles across various verticals
