Job Overview

A Territory Sales Manager is required to drive sales growth and expand our customer base within their assigned territory. The role involves managing merchandisers, conducting face-to-face meetings with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers in the Impulse and Convenience channel.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand needs and present product offerings.
  • Manage casual merchandisers within the territory.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sales and/or FMCG experience preferred.
  • Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Power BI skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid Full Driver's License.
